Returns and Refunds

If you have any problems with your order please contact us first.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.00pm. We are unable to answer emails over weekends, bank holidays or evenings.

We aim to answer all emails within one working day.

30 day money back guarantee

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items sold.

Items needs to be unused, in their original condition and returned within 30 days to receive a full refund.

Your initial postage cost will not be refunded.

If the item has been used or arrives damaged we reserve the right to charge a discretionary restocking fee.

If the item is no longer saleable we can’t offer a refund.

Exchange your item

If you want to exchange your item, you will be charged the additional postal cost for sending out the exchanged item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect item

If you feel your item is faulty, damaged or you have been sent the wrong item, we will exchange it or issue a full refund including postage costs. We will also pay for the return postage.

Send items Royal Mail 48 Tracked or International Tracked. If your items doesn’t arrive back we can not refund you.

Once your return has been received we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 working days.

Where is my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund within 2 to 5 days, check your bank account or your credit card statement. It can take several days before a refund shows on your account.

6 months warranty

Our 6 month warranty covers manufacturing faults. Signs of wear and tear from normal everyday use are to be expected and not covered by the warranty.

Damage incurred by the user is not covered under warranty. This includes but is not limited to:

  • General wear and tear.
  • Puncture damage.
  • Use of chemicals on the leather.
  • Damage from overloading card slots/pockets.
  • Leather discolouration.
  • Staining.
  • Leather tears.
  • Any user damage to the item.
